What we care about

These beliefs are non-negotiable.  If we miss on any of them, then we're failing...
  • Exceptional and creative cocktails, beer, wine, and food
Everything we serve needs to be exceptional and uncompromising in quality.  Every single Old Fashioned needs to be just right; reliably and consistently measured, stirred to the perfect temperature, and served in the right glass, with a crystal clear large rock.  Every coffee needs to be made with fresh roasted, curated beans of the highest quality, filtered water, and served in a pre-heated mug.  Our non-alcoholic menu needs to be as interesting as everything else we offer.  These details matter to us.  A lot.

  • Memorably comfortable and well designed space
Nothing matters more than time with friends and family, enjoying great food and drinks.  The lighting, furniture, sound, and everything in between, was carefully designed to provide the perfect place for that.  Christine’s design firm, JAC Interiors Colorado, did an incredible job bringing our vision to life, and we’re excited to share it with our guests.

  • Reliably warm service
The perfect cocktail means nothing if it isn’t delivered with outstanding service.  You know when you’re trying to order a drink at a bar, and the bartender won’t make eye contact, because they’re too busy…so you stand there all awkward?  Yah, we hate that as much as you do.

  • A caring and appreciative workplace
The Silver Crown can’t be successful without a great team to bring it to life.  We’re firm in our commitment to provide a workplace that’s respectful, appreciative, and genuinely cares about our team.  Above average pay, profit sharing, benefits…we want our team to be able to live and work in Summit County, and enjoy it as much as we do.  It’s incredibly important to us, and we work hard to earn and deserve their loyalty.

  • A good neighbor in our community
We love Summit County, and do our best to be a great neighbor.  We give back to local charities, we give our staff paid service days each quarter to engage with local non-profits, We’re constantly aware of how noise and traffic can impact everyone living around us.  We’re here for the long haul, and it’s important to us to be a friendly and caring neighbor.
